It's now time to begin a new week and it all begins with work on Monday for most people. Some will wake up grouchy on today and can't get on track until their second cup, but I'm here to give you some Monday Motivation.
For those retired senior citizens who get up at 6 - 7am every morning to help their hubby or wife, to get the newspaper, to walk the dog, or to just have some quiet time, you've developed a routine that works! :D
