The Old Folks Know Best is truly honored and filled with gratitude to share with you my Caring Champion 2013 Nomination. As you all know, I am a caregiver to senior citizens and it is actually what inspired me to create this blog. I've been providing care for many years and also in my childhood for my own grandmother. I was so excited when I received the news from my care-giving agency, Rest Assured Nursing, Inc., that they were nominating me this year! For the month of July, I have the task of spreading the good news to as many of my readers, visitors and guests as possible, via social media, to achieve votes and comments, to hopefully be one of the Caring Champion winners this year! 

But, in every achievement I receive this year, I am filled with gratitude and feel strongly about giving back.
